Products that are typically in stock will ship within 2-4 business days. Our standard
method of shipping is USPS with delivery confirmation (insurance is an available
option), however we do provide other modes of shipping, such as UPS and Fed Ex.
When checking out, please tell us if you would like a different shipping method
and we will gladly accommodate you. Shipping prices will be adjusted accordingly.
If possible, a tracking number will be e-mailed to you for your convenience.
Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service
department at 214-459-8187 to explain the reasons for return or exchange.
For standard (in-stock) icepods, returns and exchanges will only be accepted
if there is a problem with the piece and/or a mistake was made on our part (e.g.,
manufacturer defect, workmanship, incorrect engraving, wrong piece, etc.).
For custom orders, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Exchanges
will be allowed and made if and only if there was a mistake made on our part or
there is a problem with the custom piece upon arrival (e.g., manufacturer defect,
workmanship, incorrect engraving, wrong piece, etc.).
Once your return/exchange is approved, please follow the instructions below.
- Pack items to be returned and write your return authorization number on the outside
of the box. Include all original materials, including chain.
- Make arrangements with a secure carrier to have your package delivered. We recommend
using a traceable service and insuring the shipment for the value of the returned
merchandise.

For refunds, your money will be refunded in the same manner used to make payment
(e.g., back to the original credit card, via Paypal, or check) within 3-5 business
days. Delivery charges are not refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle
in order for your credit to appear. Customers returning a partial order will be
refunded for the returned items only.
For exchanges, the same piece as the original order will be shipped within 7-10
business days. If same piece is not in stock, someone from icepod will contact you
to work out arrangements to replacement piece or to provide the estimated delivery
time.
